Sublime Racing invites everyone to stay for Prize Giving

If you don't usually stay for race prize giving, please stay for ours, because in addition to the race prizes listed below, we will be giving away random Spot Prizes and announcing our Prize Draw winners.

For both you need to be present to claim your prize.

Prize Draw Rules

1. The promoter is: Sublime Racing Limited, (Company Reg: 11187750) whose registered office is at 118 Elm High Road, Wisbech, United Kingdom, PE14 0DN.
2. Employees of Sublime Racing or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition are not permitted to enter the competition.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this draw3.
4. The draw closes before Prize Giving on race day, Sunday 14 April 2019.
5. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
6. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
7. No cash or other alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
8. The winners will be chosen at random from raffle tickets issued on race day, Sunday 14 April 2019.
9. If the winner is not present to claim their prize, a new winner will be drawn.
10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
12. The winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
13. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
